This website is for viewing artwork, learning about our services, and making purchases or bookings where available. You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully.

All artwork, images, text, and content on this website are the property of Indulging Art Studio unless stated otherwise.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

• All artwork is sold as described.
• Custom or commissioned work may require a non-refundable deposit.
• Completion timelines are estimates and may vary.
• Copyright remains with the artist unless agreed otherwise in writing.                    

   Full payment is required before artwork is shipped or released.

Indulging Art Studio is not responsible for delays or damage caused by third-party shipping services. Responsibility transfers to the buyer once the artwork has been shipped or collected.

Due to the nature of original and custom artwork, all sales are final.
Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery with photo evidence.

Bookings are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. The studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions if necessary.

Indulging Art Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of this website, artwork purchases, or studio activities.
